This video is 1.5 hrs long and doesn't even talk about childbirth. Not sure why so much time is wasted talking about each trimester in pregnancy. This video has good info but needs a different title.

As wonderful as this class is, I just wish I could find a class that is for single mothers, because I can't relate to having a partner to help me with the baby, and I just feel a bit outcasted watching these mothers with their partners. It's not jealousy, it's just feeling like I'm not fitting in with the majority of expecting parents.

I can't stand anyone up in my face during labour! I want no one I know around, in fact. Much more talking to me. Labour makes you go out of your mind. You desperately change positions and techniques on a whim. Someone asking me to help and what I want is the last thing I want.

Why are obese women told to only gain 10-20lbs but the actual physiological weight gain of pregnancy is 30lbs?

Can we just not do all those routine procedures for the newborn? I dont want any injections or suction or eye ointments...

Today I learned that on average every next baby gets bigger. This sealed the deal that I am one and done. I'm small. My boy was 6lbs 4oz with borderline fluid and I was so big I almost couldn't birth him vaginally. Yep. One a done. He's the best and almost 2

I gained 35lbs and im only 30 weeks. Is that normal? HAHA

I was trauma on my first birth due to covid too, my birth classes was cancelled and i dont know what to do, thank you for this classes. May god bless you❤ i might need it now for my upcoming babies.

These classes have greatly helped me because in my country "Uganda " they have don't have such birth classes and it seems like you can't discuss much of the options with the health care providers. You life is at thier mercy here. But I hope I will get a good private and well equipped hospital which will be flexible.

So a doctor yelling at you and lying to you is normal? That's what I got at mercy hospital in Des Moines Iowa. The doctor said he needed to catheterization and then declared me hostile stupid and poor then left the room and said I wasn't even having a baby that day, he left the room. My son was born 30 minutes later. My husband was screaming at me My urethra was damaged from the catheter. I gave birth to a healthy baby 10 weeks early by myself. My husband caught him before he fell to the floor. The Dr. Feltz returned to harm me some more by removing the placenta before I delivered it. But that's what state insurance mothers should expect. Horrible medical care and disdain, judgement from every one you interact with. Our system is horrific. Our medical torture system is cruel and unforgiving. Good luck. Best advice, adopt never have children. Ever! Worst mistake I ever, ever made! I regret it forever.
